Visual Basic 2005
Course Syllabus - Fall 2008
**REVISED 10/09/08**
For each chapter, there are “applications” to do,
highlighted in blue. These are “hands-on” exercises as you work through the
chapter. Doing these will help you to (1) better understand the text and (2)
help you to complete the assignments that you will be required to complete for
each chapter.
There are also Checkpoint questions throughout the
chapter. It would be helpful to also answer these questions. You can check
your answers with the ones provided at the back of the book. Most of the quiz
and test questions are based off of these questions, as well as the questions at
the end of each chapter.
ALL “non-programming” assignments must be
TYPED. NO CREDIT given if the homework is handwritten.
NOTE: Since these will be usable notes for your exams you may want
to also type out the questions.
