KLK250: Moscow ITS Project

Project Objective:
This project, and the second phase of the project, KLK255,
consists of developing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS)
standards and architecture for the traffic control system in the
City of Moscow, developing a remote access hardware-in-the-loop laboratory at NIATT for the design and
testing of traffic signal timing plans, upgrading the traffic
controllers in the City of Moscow as needed according to the plan
developed as part of this project, implementing timing plan
upgrades, and providing training for Idaho Transportation staff in
the design and implementation of traffic signal systems.
