2.2.2.4 PHASE MINIMUM GREEN PARAMETER
phaseMinimumGreen OBJECT-TYPE
SYNTAX INTEGER (0..255)
ACCESS read-write
STATUS optional
DESCRIPTION " Phase Minimum Green Parameter in seconds (NEMA TS 2 range: 1-255 sec). The first timed portion of the Green interval which may be set in consideration of the storage of vehicles between the zone of detection for the approach vehicle detector(s) and the stop line. NTCIP-1202::ASC.phaseMinimumGreen Data Element second"
REFERENCE "NEMA TS 2 Clause 3.5.3.1 and 3.5.3.2.1.a.(1)" ::= { phaseEntry 4 }

2.2.2.11 PHASE ADDED INITIAL PARAMETER
phaseAddedInitial OBJECT-TYPE
SYNTAX INTEGER (0..255)
ACCESS read-write
STATUS optional
DESCRIPTION " Phase Added Initial Parameter in tenths of seconds (0-25.5 sec). Added Initial parameter (Seconds / Actuation) shall determine the time by which the variable initial time period will be increased from zero with each vehicle actuation received during the associated phase Yellow and Red intervals. NTCIP-1202::ASC.phaseAddedInitial Data Element tenth second"
REFERENCE "NEMA TS 2 Clause 3.5.3.1 and 3.5.3.2.1.b.(1).(b)" ::= { phaseEntry 11 }

2.2.2.12 PHASE MAXIMUM INITIAL PARAMETER
phaseMaximumInitial OBJECT-TYPE
SYNTAX INTEGER (0..255)
ACCESS read-write
STATUS optional
DESCRIPTION " Phase Maximum Initial Parameter in seconds (0-255 sec). The maximum value of the variable initial timing period. Variable Initial timing shall equal the lesser of [added initial (seconds / actuation) * number of actuations] or [ Max Initial ]. The variable initial time shall not be less than Minimum Green. NTCIP-1202::ASC.phaseMaximumInitial Data Element second"
REFERENCE "NEMA TS 2 Clause 3.5.3.2.1.b.(1).(c)" ::= { phaseEntry 12 }

ASC3 Programming Manual
[MIN GRN] Minimum Green (initial green). The shortest possible vehicle green time, before any added initial or vehicle extensions. NOTE: Actual minimum green indication will be the longest of the minimum green plus any added initial, vehicle extension, bike minimum green, ped walk plus ped clearance, or guaranteed minimum green*.

[ACT B4] Actuations Before. Number of actuations that must be received during the phase’s yellow and red intervals before seconds per actuation time is added to initial green.

[SEC/ACT] Seconds per actuation (Added Initial). Time by which the phase’s added initial time period is increased from zero for each vehicle actuation received during the phase’s yellow and red intervals that exceed the Actuations Before limit. 0-25.5 sec.

[MAX INI] Maximum Added Initial. Maximum time that added initial green can attain. The number of vehicle actuations received during a phase’s yellow and red intervals multiplied by the seconds per actuation time cannot exceed this time.
