Assignment 13 (in-class)

You will be conducting a traffic impact analysis of the proposed new developments that are planned in the western part of the city of Moscow. You will be following the format suggested by the Idaho Transportation Department.

The area adjacent to (west of) Sears and Staples is the proposed site for the new hotel and restaurant. The area north of Sears and Staples is the area proposed for the new residential area.

If the ultimate objective of this work is to determine the impacts of the new developments and what mitigation is required, what data are needed for you to complete this study? Please work with your partner to develop a comprehensive list of data needs for this project. Be prepared to discuss this list with the rest of the class today.
