Question:  How do you forecast the performance of a signalized intersection based on future traffic volumes?

This week we will study the operation of signalized intersections.  We will learn the traffic flow basics at signalized intersections and the planning method to determine whether there is sufficient capacity at a signalized intersection to accommodate future traffic volumes.
