!! 24 August 2001.  Please note that the class will meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 12:30 pm to 1:20 pm.  This schedule is different from the earlier published version in the university time schedule.

!! 25 August 2001.  I would like each student to confirm that I have your correct email address.  See the link to students to check your email address.  I would also ask that you provide me with one paragraph that describes your interests and experience in transportation.  I will add this information to the table on the students page.

!! 4 September 2001.  During weeks 2 and 3, we will have a limited class meeting schedule to allow time for you to collect field data.  During week 2, we will meet only on Wednesday, September 5th.  During week 3, we will meet on Wednesday, September 12th and Friday, September 14th.

!! 6 September 2001.  Please note a change in my office hours for Mondays: now 1:30-2:30 pm.

!! 27 September 2001.  Please check for assignment 09. 

!! 1 October 2001.  Copies of the handouts from Scott Frey will be available on the table outside my office on Tuesday morning, October 2nd.  Please use these materials to complete assignment 10.

!!17 October 2001.  Please note that beginning on Friday, October 19th, we will hold all class meeting in BEL117.  This will enable us to use software tools in the class more efficiently.

!! 31 October 2001.  Many of the students in the CE 573 class will be going to the Traffic Bowl field trip on Friday, November 2nd.  Class will be cancelled that day.

!! 31 October 2001.  Examination #2 will be conducted during class on Friday, November 9th.  We will have an examination review on Wednesday, November 7th during our regular class meeting.
