Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)
Operating 200KV and with a resolution of 0.14 nm (lattice) and 0.25 nm (point) and also with LINK ISIS microanalysis system (JEOL JEM 2010)

 

Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)
With secondary and back-scattered electron detectors, EDS and analytical capability (AMRAY 1830, HITACHI S-2300)

 

X-ray Diffractometer (XRD)
Determining phases, crystal size, lattice strain, and lattice parameters (Siemens D5000)

 

Differential Thermal Analyzer (DTA)
Capable of heating specimens up to 1600 degree of Celsius and Thermo-Gravimetric Analyzer (TGA) unit with a weight detection level of 0.1 micro-gram with heating rate up to 100 degree per minute (PERKIN ELMER DTA 7)
