CONTACTS: T2 ADVISORY BOARD

Randy Murray

Public Works Director

Shoshone County Public Works

Wallace, ID

Randy, a lifetime resident of Shoshone County, serves as the Director for Shoshone County Public Works in Wallace, Idaho.

He has been on the T2 Advisory Board since June of 2002.

Since graduating from North Idaho College, Randy has spent twenty-seven years working for Shoshone County, thirteen of those years as Public Works Director. He also served six years in the United States Army and he is a member of the American Public Works Association.

Randy’s role as Public Works Director has him overseeing the maintenance of Shoshone County flood control dykes and two county parks, as well as his other duties. With the direction of the county commissioners he had a major role in organizing Shoshone County’s state of the art waste disposal site.

A goal Randy has for the Advisory Board and the T2 Center is to stress the importance of training by the T2 Center to enhance the performance of all workers in these constantly changing times. "It is gratifying to see the excitement of the employees that have attended classes provided by the T2 Center," said Randy.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys hunting and fishing on the St. Joe River and spending time with his family.
