Nate Marvin

Public Works Superintendent

City of Weiser

Nate Marvin is the Public Works Superintendent for the City of Weiser. He has worked there for 16 years. Nate became a member of the Idaho T2 Center Advisory Board in June of this year.

Nate is also actively involved in many other committees and organizations. He is the chief of the Weiser Rural Fire District, President of Snake River Valley Fire Chiefs Association, Vice-President of Payette/Washington Counties Utility Coordinating Council, a member of the Idaho Public Works Professionals, and the Association of Idaho Cities (AIC).

His goals for the T2 Advisory Board and the Idaho T2 Center include continuing to provide quality training at a cost that agencies can afford to send their employees to. He also plans to look for ways to stretch the training dollars.

Nate has been a resident of Idaho all his life. He has been married for 25 years and has three children. In his spare time Nate enjoys hunting, fishing, restoring old pick-ups, and volunteering.
