Other Links		 What is a Community of Learners?  In Task 2 of the work scope for the MOST project, we committed that we would identify and establish a Community of Learners, a group of university faculty and other interested professionals who are interested in reviewing and testing the materials that are developed during this project. It is expected that this community will include between five and ten university faculty and others8 from around the U.S. who have active research or educational programs in traffic signal systems and operations.
