This workshop outlined how to create and use an annual growth plan to guide
professional development of faculty.
Workshop Themes:
- Conducting a time analysis of professional activities during
the last year.
- Composing performance criteria for key performance areas within one's
professional responsibility.
- Assessing past performance against performance criteria with and mindset
of continuous improvement.
- Creating personal action plans for new and refocused efforts that fit
within realistic time and fiscal resources.
