Participants in this workshop shared mentoring experiences and developed a list of mentoring principles that were then explored in a methodology for mentoring. 

Workshop Themes:

• Differentiating between teaching and mentoring
• Identifying characteristics of effective mentoring from both a mentor and mentee perspective
• Reviewing and clarifying steps in a methodology for mentoring
• Establishing performance criteria for ELE mentors
