Learning outcomes convey performance expectations to students and teachers in prior/subsequent classes. Developing learning outcomes for a series of connected courses provides an opportunity to align and synergize course activities for better overall results.

Workshop Themes:

• Review initial efforts to align learning outcomes for design courses, uncovering challenges and solution ideas.
• Assess example learning outcomes to improve the outcomes as well as gain insights about writing outcomes for a course you plan to teach in the future.
